KEVIN ZAHM

President

There are no issues or complications only solutions, positive attitude and his commitment to the team’s success that has lead Kevin from a laborer back in Nebraska to his current role as President and qualified individual of OS Construction Services Inc.  His experience includes: small TI’s to multi-million-dollar projects; which include single to multi-story/multi-building developments and all aspects of the construction industry.  Kevin’s industry experience includes the Private, Public and Federal sectors.

KEN GUSTIN

Pre-Construction Services / Estimator

Ken’s career stated in the United States Navy.  He is skilled in custom cabinetry which led to working in the residential home building market.  He attained his B-1 General Contractor’s License, Ken moved on to commercial construction. Ken worked for one of Northern Utah’s largest construction companies as a superintendent.  He is an experienced estimator with 15+ years in the trade.  He has held positions as superintendent, project manager, senior project manager and VP of Construction.  Ken is considered a talented commercial construction estimator.

RICH FRANK

Project Manager

Rich got his start in the construction business in the drywall trades in Montana.  His career spans public, private and Federal projects.  Rich has built projects in seven Western US states. Rich’s capabilities include estimating, preparing fully loaded schedules, quality assurance, safety, excellent client relations, and managing contracts while completing projects under budget – exceeding margins by 15% to 25%.  His project experience includes industrial warehouse, commercial office (Class A), multi-family, hospital, retail, churches, restaurant, hospitality (hotel & casino), and multiple military installation projects.

JAMES ZEBROWSKI

Project Manager

Jim started his career in Indiana as a plant safety manager for a TV glass manufacturer. Jim has run his own business in residential construction and the foreclosure industry. Jim manages the day to day operations and future forecasting for OS Construction’s special projects group. He manages the jobs Project Manager(s), Superintendents, estimators and office staff. He is responsible for job budgets, client relations, design/build projects and project schedules. Jim will coordinate submittals, owner’s, architects and consultant meetings. As Director of Special Projects, he will support construction on renovations/remodels, tenant improvements and potential ground-up expansion projects. Jim’s focus has been on the multi-family home renovation and commercial maintenance service area

SARAH BERKLEY

Office Manager

Sarah began her career as an executive contract administrator and has continued her upward progression in project administration, controller, field administrator, service dispatch, accounts receivable to her present position as office manager. She has worked for several major contractors in Nevada. Sarah is highly competent in a variety of software applications, understanding of general ledgers, income statements P&L’s and balance sheets. She has extensive construction accounting and job costing experience with a strong attention to detail, time management and office organization. She provides excellent customer service, phone manner and office etiquette.

ABBIE FRANKS

Office Admin

Abbie began her career in office administration and accounting in NJ over 30 years ago. 
Her company affiliations include manufacturing, hospitality, advertising, marketing, and construction.  As an executive administrator Abbie has excelled in financial services including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and project cost accounting.  She is experienced and well versed in office management, customer service, vendor relations and inventory control.

RANDY LEACH

Superintendent

Randy's career started in 1977 as an apprentice carpenter in California, with ground up Custom Homes, Multi-Family, and Hotels. In 1985 he started into commercial construction in San Diego doing self-performed concrete, on parking garages, mid-rise, tilts, and multi-family podium projects. Randy moved to the Las Vegas valley in 1995 and has been working as a lead superintendent on ground up projects, CCSD Elementary Schools, Multi-Family, Tilts, Parking Garages, Shopping Centers, off-site utility's, DOD, NAVFAC, ACOE. P6 scheduling ACI certified, Self-performed crew management, Document Control, and RFI's.

BRENDAN FRANTZ

Superintendent

Brendan has a degree in HVAC Technology from College of Southern Nevada.  Brendan began his career as a HVAC Technician in a Downtown High-rise and was promoted up to Chief Engineer.  He has since moved on into General Construction where he is currently one of our outstanding Superintendents. In his present capacity as Superintendent, Brendan supervises field technicians and trades personnel and has successfully overseen both small and large projects.

DARYL ALLEN

Superintendent

Darryl’s career has spanned all facets of the construction field. He has worked both public, civil, and private projects. His commercial projects include office, medical and industrial. His residential projects were wood-framed, ground-up construction. He is skilled in maintaining project schedules and managing all on-site construction activities.  Darryl has received numerous accolades from our clients.
